USAGE INSTRUCTIONS/ 使用方法:
1/ Apply an adequate amount of ginger ointment to the affected area of the body and massage thoroughly until absorbed into skin. ( hand joint, foot joint , knee, heel, palm, sole of foot…)./ 取适量生姜软膏涂抹于身体患处，彻底按摩至被肌肤吸收。（手关节、足关节、膝盖、脚跟、手掌、脚底…)
2/ Apply ginger ointment around the navel and in front of the chest to keep the body warm./ 在肚脐周围和胸部前方涂抹姜膏，以保持身体温暖。
3/ When experiencing cold symptoms, use a small amount on both temples, behind the ears, palms of feet and chest area./ 出现感冒症状时，在双侧太阳穴、耳后、手掌和胸部使用少量。
4/ When suffering from motion sickness, or fatigue apply both temples and behind the ears./ 当晕车或疲劳时，涂抹太阳穴和耳后。
5/ Product may be used with waist trimmer or belt after massage around 15 – 20 minutes on body fat areas such as abdomen or waist./ 产品可在按摩约 15 – 20 分钟后与腰部修剪器或腰带一起使用，按摩约 15 – 20 分钟，涂抹在腹部或腰部等身体脂肪区域。
